Sulakey Maruthi Rao is an MBA-ITBM graduate from SCIT, with a passion for business analysis and a strong technical background. Currently working as a Business Analyst Intern at aureatech, he has designed a system from scratch for MSME-packed food manufacturers, handling all the intricacies from procurement of raw materials to shipping of finished goods. He has established a Business Analysis Plan with a schedule and roadmap of all phases, identified the Project Scope, and set expectations of transformation for the system. He has also created User Personas and identified the pain areas, explored competitors' functionalities through exhaustive market research, and formulated a competitor matrix that helped to develop As-Is and To-Be models. He has gathered Functional and Non-functional requirements, created Minimum Viable Product, Use cases, Swim lanes, Wireframes, and Documentation of all the Business Analysis Deliverables. Prior to his current role, Sulakey has worked as a Campus Ambassador for comunev and as a Software Engineer for Mindtree, where he worked on Project- Space Management System. He has automated login functionalities of the space management system of Mindtree, checked logins of employees through Selenium tool, and rectified whether they reflected correctly or not. He has also created test scenarios for several functionalities and followed agile methodology in the project, finding most of the bugs in total of 4 sprints and reporting them in Jira. Sulakey holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and communication engineering from KL University and is expected to complete his MBA from SCIT in December 2022. He is a Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and has experience working with Selenium and test. With a relevant experience of 1.60 years, he is highly skilled in business analysis, project management, market research, and documentation. Sulakey is a quick learner, a team player, and strives to achieve excellence in his work. He is now seeking opportunities to utilize his skills and experience to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.
